And in more Apple related news ... my TECHNOLOGY LUST, as a have termed it, has reached an all-time peak

And in even more Apple related news ... the iPod beat out beer in what is essentially a popularity contest on college campuses across the US. The little popularity survey has been going on for 18 years and the only other time beer has been beaten out was by the internet in 1997. Look at you Apple, keeping people sober. Full Story Here

And the only non-Apple related happiness: THE WORLD CUP! I don't get to watch too often due to a little annoyance I refer to as class BUT ... when I get a chance, I'm glued.
My favorite team to watch: Brasil ... they're like a machine.
Best goal I've seen: Germany vs. Poland 1-0 ... Germany scored in the last minute to beat Poland. I was personally rooting for Poland, but I have to say that goal was sweet.
Saddest game I've seen: Paraguay vs. England ... 0-1 Poor Paraguay lost by one point, which was put into the England goal by one of its own teammates.
My picks for the final battle (as of right now): Brasil vs. Argentina
Argentina's game looked way on the last game I saw them play and I'd like to see them paired up with Brasil. Plus both teams have players I think I would potentially marry ... not that that really plays a factor in whether or not I want to see them battle it out. It's just a sidenote.
Sorry US .. you just didn't make my pick this go round. But I also haven't seen the US play .. their schedule and my schedule aren't meshing well.
