Well, the knot has been tied and a new chapter of life is starting to write itself. Right before the wedding Charmaine, a sister from college, sent Thomas and me each our own journals inscribed with some advice: "Record the good times in your marriage so that you can look back on them during the bad times." I loved this gift and the idea of capturing moments in our marriage in our own words. Weeks later, I had the pleasure of seeing, Lindsay, a childhood friend again after many years and she was talking about her newest fascination - blogs. I thought back to my own neglected blog and decided to resurrect it as a reminder to everyone else and to myself of the good times that marriage brings. I have heard so many sad and negative quips and stories about marriages that I want to illuminate the small minutes that make me know why I chose to get married. Inspired by my two friends, I've decided to try to jump back on the blog bandwagon to keep the newest, sweetest memories of our marriage alive.
